7:30 PM ANRAD-DEP# 159-1037, 1330-1342 West Central Street, Acme.
This site is not located within Zone A flood zone. The site is not located with a Natural Heritage Estimated or Priority Site. There are 47 wetland flags on site and the line is 1,686. linear feet. I would be happy to perform a site visit and verify the wetland line.
Minor Buffer Zone Action: 59 Chestnut Street
The proposed project will be located outside of the Riverfront Riparian Zones and located outside the 100 buffer zone of BVW. This project entails the removal of an existing deteriorated deck, the enclosed portion of the sunroom and stairs. New stairs well be constructed from the existing kitchen door down to the grade.
34 South Street, Lot 2, Bob Hatterman
The applicant would also like to construct a 2 rail not 3 rail fence if possible.

Applicant would like a letter for a closing, or a partial COC.
Eagle Scout Project, Chris Rich
Populatic Street Cutting – DPW
I went out with the Town Engineer to look at each tree. Each tree flagged to be cut is diseased, or severely leaning towards wires and the road.
Linda Lane – Culver Maintenance DPW
I went to this site with the Town Engineer and the culvert need to be cleaned out and the brush trimmed away where is clogs the entrance to culvert. It is very overgrown.
